Support & care

Owned for decades,
not seasons.

An Aesperto is serviced by the same team that built and installed it. Real phone hours, published answers, and a machine designed to be maintained — not replaced.

01 Questions

Asked, answered.

Can Aesperto be installed in my existing counter?

Almost always. The deck needs a 16″-deep cutout (24″/34″/46″ wide for Uno/Due/Tre) and 15″ of clearance below. Wood, quartz, granite, soapstone, stainless and concrete all template beautifully. The site survey — included with every order — confirms fit before anything is cut.

What does the price actually include?

Everything except the coffee: the machine, the site survey, counter templating, the cut (or coordination with your fabricator), installation, Sorgente™ water treatment, commissioning, and barista training at handover. There is no second invoice.

What are the water requirements?

A cold line at 30–80 psi with a shut-off in the cabinet. The included Sorgente™ cartridge treats to a 50–80 ppm hardness target, which protects the boilers and — more importantly — makes better espresso. Cartridges swap in seconds and ship automatically if you join the care plan.

What power does each machine need?

Uno runs on a dedicated 110–120 V / 20 A circuit. Due needs 208–240 V / 30 A; Tre needs 208–240 V / 40 A. Your electrician gets exact schematics in the pre-install packet, and our survey confirms the panel has room before you order.

How much maintenance is honest to expect?

Daily: nothing beyond wiping the deck — the Vortice™ rinser handles pitchers. Weekly: a 90-second backflush per group. Yearly: a service visit (included for three years) where we replace gaskets and re-profile the Tripunto™ system. That's the whole list.

What does the warranty cover?

Three years, parts and labor, on the whole system — plus lifetime service on the group heads, which are the heart of the machine. Service is performed in your kitchen or bar by our technicians. The care plan extends coverage to five years and adds automatic Sorgente™ cartridge delivery.

How does Financing work?

Financing through our lending partner — representative terms from $413/mo for Uno, $542/mo for Due, $621/mo for Tre. Select financing at checkout subject to credit approval, or arrange it during your consultation. Commercial leasing terms are available for cafés and hotels.

What's the lead time right now?

Six to eight weeks from order to first shot. Each machine is built to order in Roanoke — the survey and templating happen during the build, so installation follows delivery by days, not months.

Can the machine move with me?

Yes. De-installation and re-installation is a two-visit service — we template the new counter, move the engine room, and recommission. Many of our residential machines are on their second home.

Is there a program for architects and designers?

Studio Aesperto provides cut sheets, CAD files, finish samples and a direct line to our installation planners during design development. Details here.
