Orders. Every Aesperto is made to order. Current lead time is six to eight weeks from order confirmation. Prices shown are for the machine only, in USD, and exclude taxes, installation and freight surcharges for remote locations. No payment is collected online: placing an order reserves a build slot, your site survey confirms fit, and payment is then arranged with your installation planner. Orders are fully refundable until your build begins.
Installation. Professional installation is available nationwide and is quoted separately in writing following your site survey. You may also use your own qualified installer; requirements are published on our installation page.
Warranty. Each machine carries a one-year parts warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers replacement parts for defects in materials and workmanship; labor, on-site service visits, consumables (gaskets, screens, water-treatment cartridges) and damage from improper water supply or unauthorized modification are not covered.
Financing. Financing offers, where shown, are provided through our lending partner, subject to credit approval, and their terms control.
Returns. Because each machine is built to order, orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before your build begins. After delivery, contact us and we will make it right.
